This survey assesses the degree to which individuals, departments,

Executive Coaching
There is an adage that says, "If you do what you have always
done, you will get what you have always gotten." Doing something
different, though, requires change, getting outside our boxes. Since
people know only what they know and can see only as far as their own
horizons, the change they experience is often limited. Also, when
setting out to accomplish new goals, we invariably experience fears:
fear of failure, of success, of risk, or even of the change itself.

Team Building Sessions
Every team has its own unique needs, people, situations, goals,
etc., so each team-building session is different. The insights,
learning, lessons, and outcomes will vary with each group. To help
each team accomplish its specific goals, we use an experience-based
approach. Simply put, most of the learning will result from the
hands-on tasks and exercises the participants will participate in. Key
